Our validation service is composed of three steps:

Step 1: Preparation of the Validation Plan

The Validation Plan describes our process.

Step 2: Test Execution

We conduct testing in three phases:

1. Installation qualification which documents that the installation was done properly,
2. Operational qualification which evaluates if the "out-of-the-box" software works properly, and
3. Performance qualification which focuses on a stress test that is specific to your site.

Step 3: Development of Acceptance Report

We will write up the results of our validation activities.

Often, our experts can complete this process in about two weeks.

We can conduct validation on a variety of hardware/software, including:

• Perkin Elmer — TotalChrom (Turbochrom 4.2 forward). Contact us about updating your Turbochrom software to the latest release.

Our validation process is comprehensive and prepares you for an FDA inspection. If, for example, we find a bug in the software we are validating, we will help you address and resolve this issue.
